Pampered Pieces

I have had the great pleasure of working with Pampered Pieces owner, Lydia Afeman as she fulfills her desire of owning a RE:invented, RE:cycled furniture store.

Lydia called me a few months ago asking me to help her build a logo and brand for her new furniture company. At the time, she did not even have a location solidified. But, that did not stop her. She had a dream.

While she was finding the proper 'home' and painting, I built her logo, created her brand, made business cards, store tags, bag stickers, flyers, press kits, store signage, evites, ads and a website.

Her perfect location appeared for her. Pampered Pieces is located in the trendy, funky cool arts district of 37th & Navajo.

From Concept to Fruition: A Credit Union's Identity










Several months ago, the VP of marketing for Boulder Valley Credit Union came to me for ideas on how to connect with their predominately Boulder County based members. I concepted the 'emotional connection' that they wanted to make.

I am proud to say that my ideas from that session have come to fruition. The campaign launched on November 13th with rave reviews!

Website Partnering

Recently, I began working on projects with www.electricstores.com. Jim, the principal and I are working together to develop dynamic websites. After talking with Jim's clients, I help to develop the design that works best for them. Once approved, Jim's in house staff continue to develop the rest of the site. Jim & his staff are incredibly knowledgable and talented. I am enjoying working with Jim & his clients. New Horizons Community Credit Union




New Horizons Community Credit Union is fabulous. i love working w/ them. They've recently purchased a new building on Broadway and are really enjoying the re-Branding process. It is alot of fun working with the new energy & enthusiasm that their Marketing Manager brings to the table. I've had the pleasure of working on ads and various marketing materials for them this past year. Here are just a few (small, teeny tiny, itsy-bitsy) examples of the pieces that i've done for them. I am also working on their e-newsletters. July was their first mailing & august's is looking good, too.

swankspace is a locally owned & operated business. The owners are hard-working parents to three girls. It is amazing that they do what they do and they do it looking good, too. They have just recently secured a store-front in the Highlands District of NW denver. They have some great upcoming projects and i'm totally psyched to work on them. They initially had a logo that they felt was dated. I recently updated their logo and now it reflects their more modern touch to interior spaces. Again, great energy. i love energetic minds!

Cornerstone Associates





Cornerstone Associates is a true pleasure to work with. The proprietor, Josh, is a sincerely good guy. A really neat person to work with. He, too has undergone some changes with his company. He had an existing logo that didn't really fit with who Cornerstone Associates is. I had the pleasure of redoing his logo. It took us both some teeth pulling and minor tweaks until we both saw the light. We are both very pleased with the results. Personally, I am pretty proud.

Girls, Inc of Memphis






I worked on Girls, Inc of Memphis while working with Conaway Brown Advertising & Marketing. Girls, Inc was a fun job to do. They wanted an inspiration for themselves & their goals. I came up with the Girls girl. A strong, tough, sassy character who knows who she is and what she wants. Hopefully, a hero to girls who have an opportunity to be associated with Girls, Inc. Girls, Inc used her on many of their marketing materials. From postcards to a directory, invitational, program and a life size cut out. Their enthusiasm was contagious & I loved every moment of it.
